Air Cabin Crew Certificate Course

The airline course is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and techniques to become cabin crew. Learners in this program will complete 24 Weeks of tutoring and training to include six days of familiarisation trip into Panama. The program is taught through a blend of online and distant learning with live online practicum, video demonstartions, and oral presentations as part of the Air Cabin Crew qualification. 

​No formal qualifications are necessary to complete the certificate, only a good level of written and spoken English. The course is aimed at those with a genuine interest in the travel industry and who would like to become air cabin crew. You will look at different aspects of cabin crew training including customer care, food and drink service, first aid and emergency procedures. Of course, it would not be complete without using the life jackets and pointing out the exits!

Learn and demonstrate these exciting new skills and techniques in the six months of training and assessments as part of BTEC Air Cabin Crew qualification. The skills that you learn in this program mirrors the required knowledge that are part of the job requirements within the industry.

Experential learning includes a familiarisation trip to Panama that will enable you to get practical experiences in conversational Spanish and review the duties of the flight crew being executed. In particular, you will examine airport operations, in-flight safety demonstrations and aircraft and emergency evacuations procedures, effective team working and communications, in-flight service and the departure and arrival processes.
